Blue Raspberry Hard Candy

We made a batch of blue raspberry hard candy to sell as a single flavor. Nobody said we couldn't! Blue raspberry is the traditional flavor of blue cotton candy and we will be making this flavor along with pink cotton candy (which is vanilla), just to keep things interesting.  Learn more about cotton candy from Wikipeda.  Some folks also call this candy hard tack or pillow candy - we call it delicious.
