Changes/Cancellations: Once started, orders cannot be canceled or changed. In some cases, you may increase your order if necessary. Call for details.

Delivery Time/Destination: Allow 2 to 6 weeks. Our homemade chocolates are made to order for your wedding, not pulled from stock. Delivery time depends on item ordered and quantity involved. You will be advised of approximate delivery date at the time of your order. Have your chocolate favors delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive them. They should not sit out in the heat or direct sunlight for any length of time.

Rush Service: Rush service is available. Call for feasibility and extra charges.

Storage: The chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place away from strong odors. Ideal temperature is 72° or less, although refrigeration should be avoided as "blooming" may occur (the appearance of white streaks or spots caused by temperature extremes). If this occurs, chocolate is O.K. to eat - it just has an unsightly appearance.

Phone Orders: Your order will be read back to you, but we cannot accept responsibility for errors or misrepresentations that might result from phone orders. We recommend that you fax your order to insure accuracy. Fax Number: 315.463.2796.

Returns: If we make an error, call us for replacement or refund instructions. We cannot be responsible for errors made by the customer.

Cold Packs: Cold packs must be used when outside temperatures exceed 60°. We cannot be responsible for melting if your choose not to use these. MUST be used with 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air so that cold packs will stay cold. We CANNOT be responsible for melting if you choose not to use these. For VERY hot parts of the country, where average daily temperatures will be 90° or more, PLEASE use Next Day Air - it is only $20.00 more than 2nd Day Air, to insure that your order won't melt. We also offer styrofoam shipping coolers for only $10.00 per cooler. We recommend these for very hot parts of the country. Just select "Styrofoam Cooler" on the order form.

Prices: You will be advised of your total when you place the order.

Labeling: We are required by New York State Law to place our name and phone number or ingredient label on the packages that are large enough to hold them. This labeling is placed very discreetly on the bottom or back of the package. This is so that the consumer with a question or complaint (not likely!) may contact us.

Samples: If you would like a sample of any item before you buy, please call us. If you are ordering candy, it will be shipped UPS or FedEx. You will not be charged for up to 3 samples - you only pay for shipping (and re-usable cold pack when necessary). If you are NOT ordering candy items, we will mail free of charge, up to 3 samples of boxes, favor tags, etc., through the mail. Printing is NOT done on the premises, so samples of personalized boxes, favor tags, favor books and ribbons are from previous weddings that we have done, and they are NOT printed with your names. We will come as close as possible if you need to see a particular color, typestyle, design, etc

Personalization: Personalized Boxes, Favor Tags, and Favor Books include 2 lines of printing and a design, OR 3 lines of printing. Extra lines of printing are only $3.00 per line to put on all of the boxes.

Minimums: Personalized Boxes, Favor Books and Favor Tags have a minimum of 50. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We are not responsible for typographical errors on this price list.

Color Matching: Shades may vary slightly from those shown in photo. Order sample if exact match is needed.

Special Requests: If you need to order something that this site doesn't address (such as a monogram or placecard setup on a box), please call (1.800.924.4339) and place your order with a human who may be a little more flexible!

Notification: You will be notified that your order has been received within 48 hours by email or phone. Please call or email us if you do not receive notification.
