Storage: Our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place away from strong odors. Ideal temperature is 72° or less. Refrigeration is not recommended since it may cause "blooming" (appearance of unsightly white streaks or spots). If this occurs, chocolate is OK to eat, it just has an unsightly appearance.

Labeling: New York State law requires us to place our name and phone number or ingredient label on the packages that are large enough to hold them. This labeling is placed very discreetly on the bottom or back of the package. This is so that a consumer with a question or complaint (not likely!) may contact us. .

Fax proof: We will fax you a proof of your order for final approval before it goes into production. Please sign and fax it back with any corrections.

Payment: We require a 50% deposit when the order is placed and the remaining 50% before the order is shipped. We accept: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Company Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. Please allow at least 10 days for checks to clear the bank before orders can be processed. For rush orders, we recommend payment by credit card. Orders shipped within New York State or originating in New York State are subject to New York State Sales Tax (8%)

Changes/Cancellations: Once started, orders cannot be changed or canceled. In some cases we may be able to increase your order.
